what do you think of this bird?

the picture was taken a week ago near Sofia Bulgaria.
rufous tail sides with black central tail feathers.
red legs
the bird was sick, as it allowed that distance (taken by phone)

It actually looks a bit like a robin with a very brown rather than a bright orange breast. But there should be orange (or brown here) on the forehead around the beak. If it's not that then not sure. Don't think nightingale, dunnock fit, for example.

I taught about that, but red legs and that tail?

Red legs are confusing but tail sounds like Redstart/Black Redstart - difficult to see from this image

Looks like its feet are swollen to me. Wouldn't take much notice of the pink colour.

More photos would help but looks fine for nightingale to me, rufous colour, pink legs, long undertail coverts
