what do you think of this bird?

the picture was taken a week ago near Sofia Bulgaria.
rufous tail sides with black central tail feathers.
red legs
the bird was sick, as it allowed that distance (taken by phone)
 
It actually looks a bit like a robin with a very brown rather than a bright orange breast. But there should be orange (or brown here) on the forehead around the beak. If it's not that then not sure. Don't think nightingale, dunnock fit, for example.
