Hi all,

What's this? I've bashed my head against the book and Google on and off throughout the day to no effect. Help please!

Cheers

Looks a bit like a dirty coloured Large Nutmeg.
If you do Twitter the guys at UKMothIdentification @MothIDUK are pretty good and helpful.

Looks like a regular Nutmeg to me.

Here's one I got last week and I called it a Nutmeg, it was browner than shown, my small camera needs an upgrade.

Thanks guys. I had it next to the Nutmeg in the guide and it was bigger than that, missed Large Nutmeg altogether. Looks possible.

I don't do social media unfortunately.

Cheers

John

Usual set of moths in the box this morning, but then really pleased to see this guy walking across the patio near where the trap was.
