I'm convinced it was a MH i saw earlier in the year looking at your photo, but my lack of experience can't make it a definite. :)
 
They are summer migrants, usually arriving from about the end of March (at the earliest) though there has been the odd one over-wintering down at the reedbeds, I believe.
