Vesper sparrow? Indiana (1 Viewer)

Looking for some help to identify this sparrow. Has eyering but I don't see a roufus shoulder. It flew a couple of times but apparently I didnt pay attention to the tail feathers. Picture taken today. Thanks.

To my eye, It looks not unreasonable for VS.
If you’d heard it singing?…you could have joined in with “Vesper song at twilight”😀👍
 
I think so. I've only seen a handful of them, so I'm no expert. It looks to have the white malar stripes.
The roufus shoulder patch doesn't always show.
