Hi guys, Sorry not to participate more to id's, I'm just overbusy, a lot of guiding to come in Uganda but also elsewhere (Okavango delta), and on the way to publish more books. Just too much. I was a month in Macaronesia and has chance to pictured 100% of endemic taxa of the 7 islands I visisted! For the weaver, it is Holubs Golden W. (P. xanthops). Birds with pale bill are not that rare (I use to see them in Uganda, though I'm not yet sure they are all immatures). Though I didn't find a bird with a bill as pale, this bird is quite similar. https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1050/5101273391_1ebcce50c0_b.jpg Note also that our OP bird has pale grey eyes, just lighting that is hinding a bit. It is a immature. Adding light with post-treatment program you can judge it better. Hope it helps. I'll comment other birds if I find more time, later one. The cisticola might be unidentifiable, but red eyes and rufous wings in that range should limit to 2-3 species. Hope it helps a bit. Thibaut is in the field and should not reply before weeks, unless he finds unexpected connection. Cheers
