Can someone help to id this vireo from these bad photos? I'm leaning towards Philadelphia because of the look of bill and yellow on throat. Thanks.

I agree with Philadelphia Vireo (see also the shortish tail)

I believe it is a Philadelphia Vireo too because of the yellowish belly.
