Birders,
Can any one id this bird by the line of its body? It was way up there, but still seemed large from the ground (compared to sparrows and warblers Taken in Troy, New York. I noticed another bird, even higher up, when I put the photo on the computer screen. I don't expect you to id that one, wouldn't dare ask at what must be one of your busiest times of year.

Definitely a swallow, but there's no way to tell if there is (or isn't) any dark on the throat

Certainly an Osprey, but I'll pass on the other one!

Osprey and swallow are good bets. Blurry enough photo not to be certain - gull and red-winged blackbird might be possible, for example.
