The yellow patches on the sides of the breast, streaky underparts, wing-bars and white throat extending up the side of the neck should get you in the right direction.
 
Pretty standard fall Yellow-Rumped Warbler. Especially note the yellow patches on the shoulders of the bird, drab streaked flanks, and white eye crescents.
 
Yellow-Rumped Warblers could also be called Yellow-Lapeled Warblers. You seem to actually get to see the 'lapels' more often than you do the rump.
