Hello everyone,

Is it a Chiffchaff? A willow warbler? Photographed a few days ago.

That black under the beak looks a bit confusing. Maybe rest of food?

Common Chiffchaff. The "black under the bill" is apparently due to missing feathering, exposing the dark bases to the feathers; there are feathers missing also at the front.
