A mixed sky this morning, white and dark clouds and some blue too. A really cool breeze. 5C. A good idea you had yesterday Pam. I'm sure I would have felt better, and more fun than cleaning I think!

Certainly more fun than cleaning, Roy!:t: Hope you have had a gloriously sunny day as we have had down here in the West Midlands today...a grand day!:D

It's been mild all week in Cardiff but what a shame the sun is reluctant to shine, it would be glorious if it did.

I was motivated by a TV drama titled "Arthurs Dyke" about a reunion of chaps walking Offas Dyke. The scenery was spectacular & according to my google search, it would take 12 days to complete the walk.

I reckon this weather would be perfect to walk a part of the stretch...very tempting.

Duller today but we will go out for a walk around Sandy RSPB, and buy some bird food too.

It started of with drizzle, at 6 a.m. but had cleared up by 8.30 a.m. We had a bit of sun, though mostly grey sky till early evening, isn't that just the way.

It's sunny! Temperature up at +6C and a light breeze. Long may it last.

The birds were up early and I was a tad late, they were searching around what was left from yesterday (not a lot!). As soon as the ground food went down there were dozens of Starlings and about 10 Blackies. That thrush is getting closer, but still not in the garden....:-C

Overcast and 8.9c! The clouds seem to be breaking a tad so may be some sunny spells later!

Blackbirds, Woodies, Blue Tits and 1 Magpie came for brekkie, plus a squirrel frantically burying the sultanas and scones!!!!!!!

Pleasant enough today. It could go either way. It is trying to brighten up this very moment. Very mild at the moment.

This morning 'Mr Stripy Drawers' the male blackbird with lots of white marking through his feathers flew over the garden

So as illusive that he is we are looking forward to getting a picture of him, and his fashionable feathers soon! :eek!:

This morning I was surprised to find that we had a heavy snow fall overnight. Lots of drifting. We won't be able to go anywhere for a little while.

Hope that your snow lifts soon Dan, and you can move about again as per normal :eek!:

Take care of yourself! :t:

While out for a walk this morning I could swear that, just or a few seconds, there were some snowflakes floating about. Maybe my imagination. Apart from that a very pleasant day and definite signs that Spring is on its way.
