Misty to start, followed by half an hour of sunshine and blue sky, but now overcast. 8°c.

What a gorgeous day! Blue skies, full sun, light winds. But I'm still going to moan! The only decent day of the week, and I'm stuck at home waiting for an 'interlink' parcel, Grrrr!! Got all me gear ready and my 'birding clothes' on, hoping that the parcel arrives before 1:00 pm so that, at least, I've got a chance of a couple of hours out.

Hope the parcel turned up early for you, Joe!

A sunny morning has now turned in to an overcast and windy afternoon, rain later I believe.

Pics:
A pigeon pair in the garden yesterday and today a Woodpigeon eating the berries that are waiting for the return of a Redwing or two (fingers crossed) and my favourite garden bird, a Robin!

Very windy, showery and 14.2c!

The birds are flying in a haphazard way today! Some are flying willy-nilly and some are gliding with the wind beneath their wings!o:D

Horrendous! Very windy with fierce gusts, pouring rain. I saw that Dorset, Hampshire and Kent are going to bear the brunt of the storm, and it is certainly true for Hampshire.

Not too drastic here though the gales like to have a rumble every so often

A lot of rain though. :eek!:

Planned to go the Sandy RSPB H/Q's today. We have called the trip off, and see what tomorrow is like instead. :t:

Pretty windy, occasionally sunny this morning but interspersed with torrential downpours and even had a touch of thunder mid-morning. Walked into town late morning when it cleared up a little but got caught out in a few showers and then around 1pm in town the heavens opened and I got soaked through! :-O

As I may have said before...weather has been like a fairy tale...Grimm, very Grimm.....;)

One very bright flash of lightning followed by an immediate deep rumble of thunder at 5am. Winds area continuing to bluster and gust, no rain for several hours, but possibility of showers later.

A surprise sighting down the lane from home an hour ago....two Buzzards being mobbed at low level by a corvid (guess it was a crow). could only just make them out in the fading light.

Oh dear...I'm going to get thumped ;):-O

Northumberland has been lovely this past couple of days :t: Sunny spells with clear skies, still rather chilly and Friday night WAS heavy rain but it was all gone by morning - I think we definitely missed the worst of it! :smoke:
Supposed to be rather wet & windy this week tho'.....just typical autumn/November weather really, innit? :king:

After the very early & I mean very early, showers this morning, it turned out to be a nice sunny & warm day with no wind.

A gloriously golden day here today in total contrast to the last three. Plenty of blue skies, sunshine and no rain. Then, in the afternoon as the cloud started to gather, there were these wispy cirrus ahead of the dark stuff.

Glorious day in Hampshire today! Strong sunshine, blue skies, breezy by the coast where we spent the day, about 11°c. Most enjoyable.
