Spent last week in Wales, weather started badly but improved by the end. On the first dry day we headed up to Anglesey, the rain stopped 5 miles from South Stack and we had a nice day watching Choughs, Kestrels and some Rizzo's Dolphins although they were distant, so pics are poor!!! One thing about Mid/North Wales in even in the wet the scenery is still impressive!!

Part 2 of our Welsh trip on the Blog, RSPB Ynys-Hir , Red Kite feeding and a trip to the beach, to be honest there are a lot of Red Kite pics. These were from Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre, apparently threatened with closure, will be a shame if it shuts as it seemed to be very popular while we were there and on previous trips as well. Not sure if it's just the cafe that may close or if the Red Kite feeding will stop as well!
Anyway lots more pics of these fantastic birds on the Blog and a few other bits and pieces as well!

Bit late with the final post from this trip, nice woodland walk at the Rhaeadr Ddu Falls which were just a few miles from our base, not many birds but a nice walk up the mountain along side the Waterfalls!! Beautiful in the Sunlight. Most of the pics in this blogpost are my other halfs as her camera is better suited to it and she has abetter eye for a scenic pic than me! Couple of short videos on the blog as well!
