Sorry! It was in a private wood at the back of my house and I didn't fancy car loads of twitchers in my kitchen!!!

Are you an active bird-watcher? If so, what's your local patch? I've been visiting Tailend Moss and the large waste area west of the Whitehill Industrial Estate. Both interesting and a variety of birds, especially in spring.
