What bird is this? Juv Osprey? Uk (1 Viewer)

My mates sent me this photo of a bird, not 100% on what bird it is, any ideas?
Maybe juvenile Osprey?

It is a young gull, probably a Greater Black backed at a quick glance.

Certainly looks like an immature gull but doesn't look anything like a Great Black-back plumage-wise to me, but at a loss to see which species. Was it taken in the UK?

Juvenile Lesser Black-backed Gull due to, among other features, quite dark greater coverts, dark inner primaries etc
