Another thing that bothers me is stubbornly keeping 8x and 10x with compacts. Why can't they lower the power as the objective lense size is reduced to make a bigger EP and thus a more comfortable view (esp. with eyeglasses)?I know...it's not a popular power...but I think people don't know what they may be missing.</blockquote>
