What kind of Plover is this in Henan China? (1 Viewer)

I saw some plovers in the distance and it seems like little ringed and long-billed plover are likely. I'm not sure if little ringed should be in breeding plumage, because they don't look like they area, but the photos are unclear so I'm not sure what species they are. I'm thinking they might be immature little ringed plovers, as they were foraging in some mud along a reservoir, which isn't the right habitat for long-billed. However I don't have any experience with either species. Thanks in advance!

I think these are Long-billed. They look long-winged and long-tailed, with no obvious yellow eye-ring and thin bills.
