What species are these - Vietnam (1 Viewer)

I saw these flying high in the sky, look like some kind of eagle but I don't know for sure. Please help me identify each one. Thank you

Could you be a bit more specific with a month and region at least? In some cases that makes a ton of difference...

Bird one looks like an Oriental Honey Buzzard to me, but I have little knowledge of Vietnamese options.
Could bird two be a molting Black Eagle?

Thank you for your answer,
The first one was taken in October
The second one was in June
Both were taken at Khanh Hoa province, South Central Coast Region of Vietnam.
I'm blind when it comes to eagles and they were so high that the image quality was terrible.
