Message: <blockquote data-quote="becksysmon" data-source="post: 1261387" data-attributes="member: 68437"><p>Well a mixed couple of days, not a sign of even my regular blackbird family yesterday, spent the day worrying, only to find them back today feeding at more regular intervals on my table got sunflower hearts and meal worms on offer, noticed a couple of other smaller birds looking interested in the seed feeders hooray but on each occasion they were scared off by pigeons turning up, lets hope they haven't been put off and return soon, can't say what they were yet, going to try and look them up now, i mentioned earlier i'd put out a fruit/suet cake and it's now covered in wasps, any suggestions, daren't go near it for fear of being stung, tried spraying it with the hose pipe but they didn't budge long enough to get near it to get it down, i know this is probably a stupid question but could the wasps prove harmful to any visiting bird, once again thanks for all the advice and support guys asterixnobelisk mentioned a dripper not sure what this is could someone break it down for us novices out here</p></blockquote><p></p>
