Which Pipit | Bikaner, Rajasthan | 2 Dec 2023 (1 Viewer)

It is a Tawny Pipit Rakesh, a well marked individual (ie the breast) which might suggest Paddyfield, but note the obvious black loral stripe and, in particular, it tapers towards the bill. In Paddyfield it is thin and straight when present. Further, the pink-based bill and cutting edges are more typical of Tawny.
