I believe this bird to be a pipit, but can't say which one. Some help will be much appreciated! Photos taken today near Barbate, SW Spain. It is the same bird in both photos. Thank you

Hello Gerald, I agree with you its a Meadow Pipit. Exact shades of brown, form of streaks to the flanks excludes most similar Tree Pipit. Rump is not streaked enough, and bird seems to lack pale tramlines for a Red-throated Pipit.
