Is this a juvenile Lesser Whitethroat? Thanks Both in the same tree, one has eye ring , the other hasn't

yes I agree with you, both are 1cy Lesser Whitethroat.
A 1 cy Common Whitethroat would show

A 1 cy Common Whitethroat would show
- a bright rufous/orange wing-panel
- much paler legs, with fleshy hues often prevalent/dominating over warm yellowish/orange/pale-warm brownish hues on such young birds.
