why do greattit behavor do this? (1 Viewer)

Hi bridfedder and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

The male obviously already has a mate and is feeding her, or taking food to the nestlings. The female is begging and hoping but he's not interested in her. That's my thoughts on what is going on. You'll see the same behaviour from fledglings but this one is not a young one.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
