Yellow Bird - Rhode Island (1 Viewer)

Hi friends,

I am a really basic birder, so I suspect that is really easy. I recently (late February) have seen a yellow bird with white bars on the wings and a beak that is long (almost like a Carolina Wren beak) come to my feeder. The size is similar to a house sparrow. I live in Westerly, Rhode Island. What is it? Thanks!
