Young Starling? (Blue eyes?!?) (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I'm in East Hampshire in the UK and I'm getting lots of Starlings and young Starlings visiting my bird feeder at the moment. The blue eyes in this picture are like no other young Starling though - is it a trick of the sunlight or a mutation or another bird?

Many very young birds have greyish irises just after leaving the nest getting darker within days or weeks
