That is Nikon image quality at it,s best great shot Mike , my only problem with Nikon it,s the fast focus and animal eye detector i,m really struggling to stay with my gear specially when i go out and see what others are doing using Sony and Canon specially birds in flight and fast moving shots . I will wait till September to see if Nikon come out with concrete product launches or fixes , otherwise i will switch my second body and lenses to Canon , to bad for Nikon they lagging behind competition and risk to loose devoted and long time customers.

I’ve owned Sony A7R, A7Rii and A7Riii the Z focusing is superior to any of them. Not as good as the A9 but then that’s a different group altogether. Other people manage some superb BIF shots, checkout the Nikon Z Mirror Cameras Facebook group.
