Hi Mariusz and welcome on Birdforum,
I noticed you visited the Bird Paleontology a few times. Are you interested in fossil birds and bird evolution, it is the place to go. There are only a few people contributing to the subforum, we don't like endless threads, but we welcome any contribution, also from you, questions or remarks are welcome! We try to keep everybody informed!

Best wishes,

Fred Ruhe
A Black Redstart was reported on Reculver Towers this morning - might not hang around though!

I'm not sure whether the GWT is still about - it was a real pain to find when I went out.

Fully understood re. parents. The Kent Wildlife Trust do booked guided visits too and Louise knows the site even better than I do which is another option.
Two black redstarts reported at reculver yesterday. Hope they will be around on Sunday!

Please note that Birdforum is dedicated to WILD BIRDS and not caged or domesticated ones. Believe you will find other forums, which will answer your questions.
Please do not post pictures of birds on their nests at the gallery. We do not want to encourage this type of photos at Birdforum, to avoid stress to the birds by nest disturbances. This is mentioned on the upload page and in the gallery guidelines here:
We will delete your 'Blackbird on Nest' at the gallery. Hope for your understanding.
Hi Zar1977,

Welcome to Birdforum.

Please note that Birdforum is dedicated to wild birds. We do not allow post about pet animals. There are other forums in the internet for this. I will delete your post on the "Say Hello" section of Birdforum.

Thanks for your understanding.

Looking forward to hear about the wild birds in your area.
