Female - rufous-brown crown, grey iris.

Distribution

Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and Peru.

Taxonomy

There are 2 subspecies;

  • P m jensoni
  • P m minor

Habitat

Humid forest and secondary woodland often on sandy soil.

Behaviour

The diet includes insects.
