Distribution

Southeast Asia: found in Indonesia
Australasia: Papua New Guinea, New Guinea

Taxonomy

Subspecies[1]

There are 2 subspecies:

  • C. b. boyeri:
  • Misool, Yapen, Salawati islands and western New Guinea
  • C. b. subalaris:

An additional subspecies, subaxillaris, is generally considered invalid[2].

Habitat

Moist lowland forests and mangrove forests.
