Distribution

Western and Eastern Africa: found in eastern Zaire and adjacent Rwanda and Uganda

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

Highland papyrus swamps. vine tangles in swampy grassland.

Behaviour

Diet

Their diet consists mostly of insects, small caterpillars, spiders and beetles; also seeds.
