Distribution
Africa: found in eastern Tanzania (Nguru Mountains and highlands of Iringa District)[1].
Taxonomy
Sometimes considered conspecific with Eastern Mountain Greenbul or placed as subspecies in Southern Mountain Greenbul (A. fusciceps with the subspecies neumanni, fusciceps and flavicollis; the first two are here included in Eastern Mountain Greenbul).
This species was formerly placed in the genus Andropadus.
Habitat
All types of montane forests and riparian woodland.
Behaviour
Diet
Their diet consists of fruit, flowers, insects, beetles and spiders.
