Distribution
Bismarck Archipelago and northern Solomon Islands.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1]
Heinroth's Shearwater has in the past been included as a part of Audubon's Shearwater.
Habitat
Very little known. They are probably pelagic, spending most of their time at sea.
It is thought they may breed in inland mountainous areas.
Behaviour
Diet
Little information. They have been observed feeding with other species, such as noddies, close to shore.
Breeding
There is no information available on breeding.
