Identification

Distribution

Central America: found in the lowlands of southern Mexico (Veracruz, Puebla and adjacent northern Oaxaca).

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

Moist lowland forests and coffee plantations with calcaric (Karstic) formations.

Behaviour

Very active, not easy to see, always in shadow.
