Zhalong Nature Reserve. Northeast China. (1 Viewer)

Well-known member
Can anyone give me information or advice about visiting the Zhalong Nature Reserve, in Northeast China?

My husband and I are fairly new to birdwatching, and this is the first time we'll have travelled outwith the UK. I've managed to find some info about this reserve on the web, but nothing specific. Help, please!

TIA

You can try travellingbirder.com for trip reports to China, and if you don't find any specifically from Zelong, send an email to Bjorn Anderson (you will find his email in travel reports on travelling birder). He is located in Beijing and has excellent knowledge of birding hotspots in China. Don't forget to get this book:

Good luck and enjoy the voyage!
