I have been using a feeder which has two entrances at the bottom is solver metal and the old fashion perches.
I bought one of the RSPB ones which have the kind of ring perch so they can face the food so to speak.
But it seems they prefer the old style? And there was i trying to make it easier for them.

Jesus! Today at one point i counted 98 birds in my garden mainly starlings (young) it was some like out of hithcocks the birds!
neighbour does not look happy though as they are crapping on the fence between us and mainly on his side as they face the table but our kitchen window is on that side......Problems!
