Saw this little dude yesterday while birding.- Southern NY State . I think my choices are Woodhouse or american - but I know very little about these little guys. What do you think? ...

Although I cannot really judge if the paratoid glands (the lumps on the back of its head) are not connected to the cranial crests (above its eyes), it looks very much like an American Toad...
