A first of sorts
... it's the first Willow Tit for my Gallery here. I've seen them before but not for some time sadly. We don't get them up here.

We'd arrived in Hell, where Ann's husband used to live. They have a cabin up in the mountains, with regularly filled feeders and this was the first bird to show itself to me!
Habitat
Mountain forest
Location
Hell, Trondheim, Norway
Date taken
9 August 2018
Scientific name
Poecile montanus
Equipment used
Fuji Finepix HS50 Sports Mode Continuous
congratulations for this new species to your gallery, Delia!!! I particularly love these willow tits, one of the birds of my childhood in Belgium, where it used to be a common bird in our garden. Nowadays, I have to go higher in the mountains to see them here. Top quality shot, many tfs!!!

Congrats on your capture of this Willow tit. Not very difficult to find here but in clearly smaller numbers compared with gts or blue tits.

So happy for you catching this bird with your camera. Beautiful picture with nice details, well done Delia.
