Sunbittern flight (Eurypga helias)

On the Cristalino River, Brazil we had been watching this bird, when it decided to fly. With the boat still moving, I panned and picked it up in flight. It was late afternoon and the shadow side of the river made the bird more spectacular then it is......my lucky day.
