Black-throated Trogon (Trogon rufus subsp. tenellus) Male, species sexually dimorphic. Bosque del Ro Tigre Lodge, Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica. About 1 km east of the town Dos Brazos de Ro Tigre. Pacific secondary rain forest at ca. 130 m (427 ft) elevation.
