Went down to Patrington Haven yesterday in the hope of seeing a short eared owl( I had seen one hunting there the previous day).
I managed to get out of the wind and spent an hour watching a pair hunting over the saltmarsh.
Whilst this is not the best ever SEO flight shot I was still rather pleased with the result.

Oh!...wow!, what a shot to get with a scope!......I have enough trouble with my 100-400mm.

Very well done, Martin.....and such a wonderful subject too.
