Eurasian Jay (Garrulus glandarius)

A rather long range shot (from 50 metres) taken in December.

Phew! It's only 10.15pm but I'm off to bed where it's cooler. It's been pretty warm. See you in the morning, folks.

Thank you for your comments on my pictures, stay safe and well, and good birding!

We had rain Saturday evening which cooled the air somewhat John, and it's been nice but much fresher today.

That's a tremendous picture you've taken of this Jay my friend. Excellent work laddie.

Hope you slept well.
