Little ringed plover
in front of my ground hide at a puddle in the gravel pit.
28 Celsius today. Saharan dust and pollen in the air. Really a weird April but it gets season like soon.

28C is mad !! Love the eye contact on your plover shot, JB
Not at all. I am just not used to it anymore after 6 months autumn/winter. I cycled and looked for birds the whole afternoon. Consumption: 2,75 litres spritzers with lemon juice and cola.

Wonderful detail and clarity, JB. That seems warm for April.

before or after the 46 s job .😇.. excellent portrait of this lovely little plover, many tfs!!
