This shot was taken on West Point Island, at a Black Browed Albatross colony that they share with large numbers of Rockhopper penguins. West Point is a small island only reachable by boat from Carcass Island, or if you land from one of the cruise ships that visit the Falklands. You can approach the colony very closely, and it is not uncommon to have the albatrosses fly in to land not much more than 4 feet over your head.
