Magdi Lake
A view of the lake from the watch tower. This pic covers about 1/3rd of lake area. The white dots seen at the far end of the lake to the left & right of island are also bar-headed geese. Black dots seen on island trees are cormorants. Also some egrets were perched on those trees(white dots). The lake used to have more water & was more densely populated with them during my earlier visits . The island at the center with thick vegetation is a perfect breeding ground for the birds as you can see here. As I mentioned before, boating is not allowed in lake so that birds are not disturbed.
