The Eastern Yellow Robin is not related at all to the European one, but you can see why they got the name. These are only found in Australia.

After our lunch, we set off to explore further up the mountain, taking a dead end road up the Austinville Valley, which was a beautiful drive. I spotted this beauty on the trunk of a tree and called to Hans to stop the car.

Great spot and picture of this Robin that is not related. One can definitely understand the naming of this beauty as a robin. Fabulous picture and information D! TFS!
