Nice one Nick - saw this on BG and Lincs forum; seems like this pec sand is very approachable but the light on this one makes it stand out from a lot of the other shots of it i've seen. I've had one here last week but it stays out feeding on the mud flats most of the time - if i've got a decent shot i'll get around to posting it sometime.

Thanks everyone for your comments, it's very much appreciated. Yes I can remember you Mark and bumping into you at Covenham, you were using a Canon 600mm if I remember correctly. I didn't realise you had moved to Scotland, I often noticed your local cracking images when you lived nearby. I look forward to seeing you Pec Sand photo and thanks for the compliment.
