    This Falcon was photographed today (6th) at Grove Ferry in Kent by a friend after i'd left. To me it looks like a juvenile Amur but would like one of you experts to to give it the once over. Many thanks, Martyn

    Bean Geese

    Here is a picture of just it's head. That bill may seem big but 'taiga' doesn't have that bulge and open gape showing the 'teeth'. Also the bird is a rather small short necked individual

    My first thoughts were leaning towards Baird's but i didn't think it had that "squashed body" look about it. Deffinatlely not Sanderling it was tiny, smaller than LRP.     Marsh tern Dungeness UK

    I, along with Steve Ray was the finder of the White-winged Black on Monday 24th. As a Black Tern had been seen the day before we just wondered if it could be the same bird, the phot's clearly show a different bird. Although distant record shots id features can been seen.
