    It is not that, it is the bs about a prc binocular being better than a much better binocular (NL) costing much less. It does not devalue anything. but the hype is over the top because they think they are getting a 9 for a 3. Go enjoy your popcorn.

    IHF on CN when discussing the new bc from prc ,WOW, they have really drank the Koolaid over there. "In fact I don't know of any notable optical innovations by Swarovski. I would like to learn more if there are any. Swarovski strikes me as the ultimate follower company, somehow out-incrementing...

    Let's see how the new kid on the block does down the road. The price will rise if they provide after sales service in the US by a stable vendor. Who wants to ship them back to the prc. I am sure many thought zenrays were great at one time.

    NL >=50 mm versions?

    I have the SV 10X50, and though heavier I preferred it to the 10X42 SV, larger FOV and better light gathering overall IMO. If mounting glass there is also the SLC 10X56 to consider, or the WX 10X50 which may be priced near the new to be NL 10X52?
