Western Africa: Mauritania, Senegambia, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Niger and Chad
Eastern Africa: Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Dry shrubland and dry savanna.
