Taxonomy

This is a polytypic species^[1] consisting of 3 subspecies.
Formerly placed in the genus Parisoma.

• Ethiopia and Somalia

• C. b. marsabit:

• Northcentral Kenya

• C. b. boehmi:

• Southern Kenya and Tanzania
