Distribution
South America: found from eastern Ecuador to eastern Peru, northern Bolivia and western Amazonian Brazil
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Moist lowland forest interiors; often seen around small clearings.
Behaviour
Diet
They feed on or near the ground. The diet consisting of small arthropods in the leaf litter or low leaves.
